Product Specialist & Sales Manager

To introduce and educate healthcare professionals in using Atle 180 with its core benefit as a patient handling solution to different hospitals and healthcare stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Introduce and educate hospitals in the novel patient transfer solution: Atle 180
  • Work closely with Commercial Director, the management team and company partners to ensure the product meets user and clinical needs
  • Target suitable hospitals and departments in the region
  • Initiate and build relationships with key stakeholders at the hospitals
  • Prepare and run workshops/meetings with clinicians and nurses at hospitals
  • Conduct company and product presentations for hospitals managers, physicians, nurses, and key opinion leaders
  • Develop and manage relationships with prospective customers and conduct contextual value analysis to facilitate the adoption of Atle 180
  • Plan and execute on-site product demonstrations at radiology departments and other hospital departments
  • Bring forward commercial offers and close deals with targeted hospitals and departments 
  • Conduct training and implementation phase of Atle 180 at selected hospitals
  • Execute on local marketing strategy (fair visits, trade magazine ads, focus groups etc.)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or similar
  • At least 4 years of experience in a project leader, business development or product role
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Prior experience in presenting educational information to individuals or groups.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, engineers, and commercials in an international team
  • Overall a 'can-do' attitude is essential for success in this role.
  • Willingness to travel in the designated area
